Good morning, guys :)
Despite the hustle and bustle at work, everything is fine here. Oh, my dog improved a lot, hehe. Remember that a few weeks ago I told you that he couldn't walk anymore? Well, he still has a hard time getting up, but at least when we lift him, he can walk on his own. He's already quite old — around 16/18 years old — so it's an age issue, but we're doing everything possible and doing our best to make him comfortable and happy in this difficult time :)

A busy week, but the drawings always continue, even if in smaller quantities. I wrote a digital doodle and another on ink pens on the sketchbook that you can check below.

So far, nothing new, everything in the style and way that I like to do it myself. Refined in the traditional in Nankin pens, more Clean not digital. When I work with digital, I like to use a medium background tone, a darker one for the lines and another layer where I include the lighting and which I usually do in white or another color depending on the type of light I want to create for the art (using, from time to time, the “Add” layer effect to reinforce the lighting). Then I explore the use of colors, sometimes painting directly, other times doing it in shades of gray and then painting.
Traditionally, the preference is still for Kraft or Canson paper, black and white ink pens (sometimes some more colorful, such as gold and/or silver); and/or Polychromos pastel pencils, where I work in a more refined style Clean also (as I currently do on digital). I also continue to use the “workaround brush” that I created to blend the colors of the pastel pencil, a detail that I comment on In this post.
And that's it for today, guys. There will be more next week :)
