And here comes another edition of the Drawings of the Week, hehe! :)
I started the week with a very loose doodle: a cute little monster, hahaha. I like to create things that are different from what I'm already used to precisely to train perception and improve the repertoire, of course. That's how we developed our unique style :)
Same principle here too: drawing characters in different positions, different perspective... training the eye and drawing from memory is good for us to see what we still need to improve and develop.
As I tend to draw more faces than body and anatomy, I am seeking to train more, while developing my own style. In those I didn't use a reference, just to see what I need to improve. I like to use references when I want to do something more perfect and to study too and, from time to time, I make drawings in this style, looser and more upbeat.
I decided to do another one, this time seeking to be more faithful to the proportions, with a bit of reference as well and seeking my style.
In this one I decided to play a bit with a White pen that I bought from Posca. I also want to test it with watercolor later on and more contrasting drawings.
Finished drawing:)
Oh, I still have one more news for you! I updated my stores there (Colab55 and Society6) with new art, finally, haha. I plan to add more soon! I haven't updated in a long time :)
