Drawings of the Week #41

Continuing to explore my own style in ink and kraft paper.

As I'm really enjoying exploring ink on kraft paper, this week I continued making drawings in this style. I even bought several separate sheets of A4 kraft paper that I will explore next week, hahaha. The only drawing I used reference was that of the bear, the others were without reference to be able to practice :)

I started the week with a sketch of a mother bear and her cub :)
Exploring a messy style that I have been doing in the last drawings, very loose and using the white pen to give a luminous effect and also highlight elements in the foreground - or generally what I want to draw the most attention to in the composition.
In this second drawing, I decided to try to make black hair with white lights — I think I even exaggerated the lighting a bit with the white pen, haha, but it was cool.
This was a sketch straight on the pen I made in the journal I got from Miolito when I bought my kraft paper sketchbook :)

I like to leave the lines loose and then detail in the ink. Well, not so loose that I can't draw my own drawing later (haha), but also not so detailed so as not to get in the way of drawing... because then you end up trying to do everything very right, straight, and it doesn't come out cool. I like to leave it loose because of that.
Finished drawing.

Well, guys... that's it for today, but next week there will be more ;)
