I almost died when the actor who voices Sotha Sil in the game Elder Scrolls Online, Matthew Jayson Cwern, asked me to draw a picture of him as Sotha Sil, haha. Can you imagine, being an extremely fan of the Elder Scrolls franchise, receiving an incredible request as this? Not only that, but doing the drawing of the actor who voices one of my favorite characters in one of my favorite games was awesomeee!

You can see the results below, along with the other drawings I made this week :)

Sketch I made of my boyfriend's aunt's dog, Tobias. Wonderful dog, guys. There's no one who doesn't fall in love with this beautiful one!
I made a point of painting this one with pastel pencils, just to explore the use of white in kraft - something that, as you already know, I love to do, haha.
As he is also a bit of a redhead, I did his hair with shades of beige and brown, in addition to giving some other details in black and dark brown, such as his eyes and that thread of black fur that he has on his ear (super cute, hahaha).
Finished drawing. Best Doggo Ever.
I doodle in pen while taking some notes for a story I'm writing. I'm still in the phase of gathering ideas, names, etc. I want to do this before I actually start writing the story, to have all the details in hand first, you know? :)
Initial sketch for the commission! Yay :)
I put extra effort into his eyes because he has very expressive eyes and, since the rest of his face would be almost completely covered by the helmet that Sotha Sil wears, I wanted to do everything possible to make him very recognizable even so.
For the skin, I used shades of pink, beige and brown, as well as white for the lighting and the hair too (Sotha Sil has very white hair, hehe).
I have already marked some of the areas that will have the highest concentration of light to prepare for when I am going to paint :)
I don't keep counting, but I think it must have taken me about 5-6 hours to do the whole drawing. That's because I work several layers little by little: I make one, I mix the colors, I make another one, and so on until it's the way I want it.
For the helmet alone, I used almost every shade of yellow I have (about 6, haha) and two more shades of dark brown to create contrast and shadows. I also use white to reinforce light in some areas.
Finished drawing:)
That was a sketch I did in the sketchbook for training. I wanted to train hand drawing too, since I don't usually draw a lot of hands. Whenever I see the possibility, I like to add something that I don't draw so much to be able to train and learn more.
I also decided to paint with pastel pencils <3
I even got carried away with the colors, haha. I love to paint! And to think that years ago I would die of fear of painting my drawings and ruin them :p
Another one to train hands and pose in general.
That one took quite a while too, I imagine about 4-5 hours. The skin colors were in the same style (brown, beige, pink, white... generally the colors I always use). Since I love to play with white color on kraft, I decided to make her hair white too, I got carried away hahaha... but it created a really cool contrast!
Mouth, eye shadow and petals in shades of pink and white.
I also used some gray in her hair to reinforce the shadows. I didn't abuse it as much as I did in my first Sotha Sil drawing, so both in this drawing and in the commission, I did my best to make it more white than gray, haha. For the crown, I used only two shades: one yellow and one dark brown, in addition to, of course, reinforcing the lights with white and a light yellow pencil that I also have.
In the background, I made purple petals and only created detail for the shadows, leaving the rest with the color of the kraft paper itself as the background. It was an attempt to reinforce the idea that they are elements that are behind, you know? As I always say here, elements in the background it is always good to give as little detail as possible to reinforce this idea of depth. I really liked the result and it was really cool to do. Below, photos of the finished drawing.
I was very happy, both with the result of this one and the others I did this week :)

And that's it for today, guys. I hope you enjoyed it.

As always, next week there will be more o/
