Drawings of the Week #6

“Doodles” edition.

Drawings of the Week
Tips

This week was pretty busy, haha. I'm going to call this Drawings of the Week as “Doodles Edition” (hahahaha).

I ended up drawing little and much more concerned with solving things at work. Yes, as I said and I repeat in several posts, this is not an excuse, but it does affect performance a bit. The important thing is, regardless of the time and the problems we have, that we draw. Even if it's a doodle here or there. The important thing is to draw. Even when our minds are busy elsewhere.

I also noticed that when I am agitated and worried about the things in life, ideas get lost and the drawings don't come out as good as I would like. I hope that next week I will be more relaxed and will be active again, hahaha.

It's complicated—you stand there staring at a blank piece of paper, with a billion ideas half scattered in your head, mixed with the problems. Not easy!

Anyway, regardless of the small amount of drawings and the commitment, it's always good to post. So let's get down to the doodling XD

‍ A quick sketch I made in the sketchbook to warm up despite the rush. Nothing mega-finished or that will probably work for a concept prepared up front, it was just a quick sketch.
This one I ended up working a little harder, but still quickly. I started with a basic pencil sketch that I then outlined with ink.
‍ Details. To be very honest, I even liked this version better than the colored one, which you will see in the next photos XD
‍ After the ink, I painted with colored pencils.
‍ Hm... since I used watercolor pencils, I think I'll mix it with water later to see how it looks and then I'll post it for you next week:)

And unfortunately, it's just that, hahaha.

Next week I'll come up with more, guys! And I hope to be able to make the watercolor version of that Mew from a previous post.
