As I missed making traditional art, I took advantage of the week to return to pastel pencils and ink pens.

I made another TES fan art (of course), in addition to taking advantage of the free time I had this week to finally play TES IV: Oblivion. What a game, guys. I can't believe it took me so long to play, haha. Unfortunately, when I was a kid, I didn't have the opportunity to play, but I'm glad to finally be enjoying the game now. It's a masterpiece, without a doubt. If you've never played and are a fan of the franchise, play. It's so worth it!

I've finished the main quest and done the Dark Brotherhood quest line (which, by the way, is much better than Skyrim's and is very... unexpected, haha). I still have to venture into the game's DLCs and other quest lines, but I'm really enjoying it.

Well, finally, let's get to the drawings, haha:

‍ I started the week with this sketch in pastel pencils. I took the opportunity to make the initial sketch using blood pencils instead of graphite pencils.
I always wanted to design a gateway to the Dark Brotherhood sanctuary (Black Door), haha. In this case I took the reference to the one from Skyrim, which I really like - the one from Oblivion is cool too, any day I draw it:)
In this case I made the sketch very loose in graphite pencils, with almost no details ready because the idea is to use the direct pen to do everything. I like to take risks, you know, hahaha. I even think that's why I create this “messy” effect on the pen. I love to play and make loose lines until I get to the point I want.
White pen for some illuminations, as always, of course;)
Another sketch made with blood pencils and then painted with pastel pencils. As you may have noticed in old posts, when I work with kraft paper I already like to do the initial sketch and mark the lighting areas with white pastel pencils:)
Gradually I mix with other colors to form skin tones - pink, white, brown, etc. - and other areas of the design. In my hair I tend to avoid blending too much, I like to keep the lines to form the locks of the hair.
To create a bit of ambience, I made some soft and very light mountains in the back to create the feeling of being far away from the main object - which, in this case, is the elf.
Finished drawing:)

And that's it for today, guys! There will be more next week <3
